A Safe and Supportive Work Environment
A Safe, Healthy, and Supportive Work Environment
When you’re on board, there must still be room for a healthy lifestyle. Our vessels are equipped with proper facilities for exercise and training, and we prioritize healthy and varied meals on board. It is important to us that our crew has the opportunity to take care of themselves – even during long deployments. At the same time, we continuously work to strengthen community, well-being, and personal development, so that as a team we become stronger, more resilient, and ready for the challenges that working at sea entails.
Quality and Integrity in Everything We Do
At Northern Survey, we believe that responsibility begins with quality – and quality begins with integrity. We strive to deliver precise, reliable, and fully documented solutions every time we take on a task.
We work systematically with quality management and have documented our efforts through certifications in ISO 9001 (quality management), ISO 14001 (environmental management), and ISO 45001 (occupational health and safety). This means that we not only comply with applicable standards – we actively work to improve our processes, reduce environmental impact, and ensure a safe working environment for everyone both at sea and onshore.
Our certifications are not a goal in themselves but proof of the integrity and structure we apply to our work – from the first customer interaction to the final report.
